A private space for moderators and members to run their sessions, events, expenses and conversations — with the confidentiality a forum demands.
Chapter coordinators and forum administrators are running high-trust, high-stakes organizations on tools designed for casual conversation.
Session reminders, expense splits, and agenda changes scattered across personal phones. Nothing is tracked, nothing is searchable.
Chapter admins maintain member lists in spreadsheets. No visibility into who's active, who needs onboarding, or who's been approved.
Moderator approvals happen by phone. Decisions aren't documented. Confidentiality depends entirely on individual discretion.
Forum coordinators can't see session attendance trends, pending requests, or chapter health — until something breaks.
Each new moderator or member requires manual coordination. No workflow. No audit trail. No accountability.
Shared dinners and retreats create debt that nobody tracks. Awkward follow-ups. Forgotten balances. Frictions in the forum.
Made for moderators, not engineers. Nothing to install, nothing complicated to set up.
Your forum's moderator fills in a request with their country, chapter and forum. If your chapter isn't listed yet, you can request it too.
The request is reviewed and the forum is created. The moderator gets their sign-in details by email.
The moderator or the chapter admin adds the members. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Guided sessions, events with calendar export, shared expenses, photos and encrypted chat — all in one place.
Designed around the way YPO forums work.
Run the meeting step by step: attendance, roles, parking lot, takeaways and follow-up commitments.
Propose dates, vote and RSVP. Export one event or all of them to your calendar (.ics), colour-coded by type.
End-to-end encrypted messages: neither the server nor the admins can read them.
Log dinners and retreats, split costs between members and see clearly who owes whom.
Access requests, approval by the chapter admin, and email and push notifications.
No plans, no trials, no seat limits and no card. The app is sustained by voluntary donations from members.
Built by Javier Selgas, from the Monterrey chapter, in his spare time and with AI tools. It is free and supported by voluntary donations. It is not an official YPO product.
Read the story and support the project →Yes. It's free for every forum and every member — no plans, no trials, no card. Voluntary donations help cover the servers.
It is designed for YPO forums and the way they work. It is not an official YPO product: a member built it independently.
Moderators request access from the sign-in page with their YPO details. Once the request is verified, the forum is ready in minutes and members join by invitation. No technical setup required.
Yes, with no limits on chapters, forums or members. Every chapter has its own data isolation, manager assignments, and operational settings.
Each forum's content is visible only to its members: not to other forums, and not to the chapter admin or the platform admin from their dashboards. Chat is end-to-end encrypted with each member's personal passphrase. Data is hosted on Google Cloud (Europe), is never sold and is not used to train AI models.
