Terms of use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
By using YPO Forums Hub you accept these terms. We kept them short and plain.
What it is
YPO Forums Hub is a free tool to run forums: sessions, events, expenses, photos and chat. A YPO member built it independently. It is not an official YPO product and YPO is not responsible for it.
Your account
Your account is personal: do not share your password or your chat recovery passphrase. If you lose the passphrase we cannot recover your encrypted messages; nobody can.
Your moderator and chapter admin decide who joins each forum.
Acceptable use
Respect your forum's confidentiality: what is shared in the forum stays in the forum.
Do not use the app for anything illegal, to harass others, or to try to reach information that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
What you and your forum upload remains yours. We only use it to show it to your forum, as described in the Privacy notice.
Free and donations
The app is free. Donations are voluntary, help pay for the servers and do not unlock any features.
No warranty
We work to keep the app reliable and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from its use or from service interruptions. Please do not use it as the only place for critical information.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. For important changes we will let you know inside the app. If you no longer agree, you can delete your account at any time.
